摘要
欠发达地区发展县域经济是全面建设小康社会,促进我国现代化早日实现的"基础工程";欠发达地区发展县域经济必须树立正确的发展理念;必须理清若干主要发展思路。
To develop county economy in the underdeveloped areas is the basic project of wholly establishing a welltodo society to accelerate the early realization of modernization in our country. The underdeveloped areas will have to set the correct developing concepts and sort out the train of developing thoughts.
