摘要 在高频地波超视距雷达的设计研究中 ,接收机的非线性是影响整个雷达系统性能提高的一个重要因素。分析了接收机非线性失真产生的原因及其对整个雷达系统所产生的影响 ,并对三阶互调、三阶截点和 1dB压缩点这三个最常用的接收机线性度衡量指标作了严谨的分析。探讨了三阶截点与三阶互调以及三阶截点与 1dB压缩点之间的相互关系 ,给出了三阶截点的两种合理测试方法。 The nonlinearity of the receiver is an important factor limiting the improvement of the overall performance of the radar system in the design of a high frequency ground-wave over-the-horizon radar (HFGWOTHR). The cause of the receiver nonlinearity and its influence on the whole radar system are analyzed in this paper. The definition of the third-order interception, third-order intercept point and 1dB compression point as well as their relationship are detailed. Based on this, two rational measurement methods for the third-order intercept point are brought forward.
