摘要
本文对深圳市开展社区卫生服务的经验、出现的问题进行深入地分析研究 ,提出了完善社区卫生服务应争取政府和地方的支持 ,社康站地点应尽量与医院有一定距离 ,社康站自身应积极开展有特色的服务 ,通过科学的成本核算合理补偿 ,加强双向转诊机制 ,把社区卫生服务纳入医疗保险或其它的筹资方式等建议 。
The experiences and problems about developing community health services in Shenzhen City were analyzed. The suggestions, as theory evidences, were offered: the improvement of community health services under the support of local government and people, the distance kept between community service sites and hospitals, the ability to provide special services, and by costing and reasonable compensation to strengthen referral system development and to integrate the community health services into health insurance system or other collecting fund system.
