摘要
该文从政府承诺、管理体制、功能定位、组织网络、运行机制服务内容、人才培养7个方面对上海市的社区卫生服务进行模式的探讨，为上海市乃至中国各大城市的社区卫生服务工作提供参考。
Model's studies on community health care were carried out in government commitment,management system,func tion orentation,organization network,operation mechanism,service contents and pactitioners training in Shanghai. It helps to point out the direction of community health care in Shanghai and other cities in China.
