摘要
目的 通过观察借助CT辅助定位诊断后进行的牵引导萌矫治上前牙的疗效 ,探寻一种行之有效的埋伏牙正畸方法。方法 利用CT辅助定位 ,确定埋伏牙的三维空间及邻接关系 ,并进行开窗及翻瓣去骨 ,暴露牙冠 ,用正畸方法将其排入牙列。结果 除 1例有中度牙龈退缩外 ,13例上前牙全部引入牙列并排齐而无并发症。结论 通过CT辅助定位诊断进行的牵引导萌术是一种成熟。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of distraction and guided eruption technique on the impacted teeth of anterior maxilla which were located and diagnosed by CT, and find an effective method for the orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth. Methods: With the help of CT,the three-dimensional space and adjoining relation of impacted teeth were ascertained,then fenestration and flap operation were performed. The bone was removed and the crown was exposed. The impacted teeth were aligned into dentition with orthodontic treatment. Results: All the maxillary anterior teeth of the 13 cases were aligned in dentition perfectly and no complications were found with the exception of one case of moderate gingival recession. Conclusion: Distraction and guided eruption technique with the accessory location and diagnosis of CT is a reliable and feasible method for the treatment of impacted teeth.
