摘要
为了在产品拆卸路径决策中实现装配体的自动判别 ,提出了零件间关联度概念 ,以其作为零件可以被聚为同一装配体的判别依据。确定了关联度的影响因素集、评价集及权重。采用模糊综合评价方法对零件间关联度进行了量化分析 ,构造了产品的关联矩阵 ,并通过一个实例 ,对所提出的理论及方法进行了论述。
In order to achieve automated deduce of sub-assembly in planning of disassembly path, a concept of relating degree is put forward in this paper, and it is used as a measurement of sub-assembly identification. The influence factor set, the evaluation set, the weight of influence factors of relating degree of parts are decided. The relating degree of parts is analyzed quantitatively by using the fuzzy synthesizing evaluation method. The product relation matrix is also built and an example is brought forward to testify the theory in this paper. Because some parts are disassembled as sub-assembly, the problem of disassembly sequence combination exploding also can be solved efficiently.
