摘要
在分析现有聚类拆卸方法的基础上,针对有限空间选择性拆卸的特点提出选择性拆卸中最小聚类零件集概念,并将无向图(产品结构网络图)和有向图(拆卸稳定图)相结合,给出求解有限空间中进行选择性拆卸时最小聚类零件集的算法,同时给出了有限空间寻找最优拆卸序列的方法。利用该算法对减速齿轮箱的选择性拆卸进行计算,结果表明,利用该算法得出的最小拆卸零件集进行聚类可以提高聚类计算效率。
After analyzing the exiting disassembly method based on clustering,the selective disassembly characteristics in limited space was studied,the concept of least-parts-gather(LPG) during in the selective disassembly was presented,and an algorithm calculating LPS was brought forward combining product-network(an undirected-graph) and disassembly-stability-graph(an directed-graph).At the same time a method to find optimal disassembly sequence in the limited space was given.The algorithm was used in the selective disassembly of a reduce-speed-gearbox,the results suggested that the calculation efficiency of clustering based on the LPG is highly improved.
