摘要
本文对宁夏石嘴山市社区卫生筹资额从不同角度进行了测算 ,对其补偿进行了探讨。初步确定石嘴山市政府对社区卫生服务的定额补偿额度目前为每万人 3万元 ,约为政府财政支出的 0 3 %。尚需加大政府投入力度 。
This article calculates the amount of financing of community health services in Shizuishan city,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Furthermore it discusses the feasible compensation approach of community health services in this city.The amount of financing is about 30000RMB per 10000 people.This amount approximately account for 03% of government financial expenditure.The results can be used as the reference basis of the government decision and the reference for other cities with same conditions.
