摘要
目的 测定复方丹参注射液中葡萄糖的含量。方法 将复方丹参注射液稀释到 4 0 %后 ,不加入氨试液 ,用旋光度法测定葡萄糖的含量。结果 旋光仪读数稳定。平均回收率为 10 0 .5 % ,日间RSD =0 .78%。结论 所用方法能用于复方丹参注射液中的葡萄糖含量测定 ,测定结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE To detect the content of glucose in Compound Dansheng injection.METHODS The Compound Dansheng injection was diluted to 40%,and detected by polarimetry.RESULTS The average recovery was 100.5% and the RSD of between-daies was 0.78% .CONCLUSION This method was accurate,and can be used for the determination of glucose in Compound Dansheng injection.
