摘要
目的建立土霉素片主药及有关物质的含量测定方法.方法采用HPLC法,样品片粉用0.1 mol·L-1盐酸溶解,过滤后,取续滤液作为供试品溶液.采用Luna-C18柱,以0.05 mol·L-1草酸铵溶液-二甲基甲酰胺-0.2 mol·L-1磷酸氢二铵溶液(75∶20∶5)、用氨试液调pH 8.0为流动相,检测波长280 nm.结果土霉素浓度在0.01～0.50 mg·ml-1的范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.6%. 结论所用方法准确、快速、稳定.
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of Oxytetracycline tablet and related substances. METHODS luna - C18 column was emploied with mobile phase of 0.05 mol. L^-1 ammonium oxalate - dimethylformamide - 0.2 mol.L^-1 diammonium hydrogen phosphate （75：20：5）（adjusted with ammonium hydroxide to pH 8.0）. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.01 - 0.50 mg. ml^-1 （ r = 0.9999）, Mean recovery of the method was 100.6%, CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, quick, reliable and reproducible.
