目的 研究对Peterson法测定多肽 (蛋白质 )含量有干扰作用的Tween - 80的浓度范围。方法 Peterson法。结果 测定浓度小于 0 .14 %的Tween - 80对Peterson法无干扰作用。结论 可以通过控制Tween -
OBJECTIVE To study the concentration rang of which can interfere Tween-80 with the Peterson method when determining the quantity of polypepitide /protein.METHODS Peterson method was adopted.RESULTS Tween-80 can't affect the Peterson method when the concentration of Tween-80 in test solution is below 0.14%. CONCLUSION The effects of Tween-80 on the Peterson method can be eliminated by controlling the concentration of Tween-80 in the test solution.
