摘要
本文建立了一种毛细管区带电泳(CZE)分离蛋白质的体系,分离测定了三种不同来源背景的蛋白质。电泳条件:50 mol.L-1的磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=2.5,内含0.05%羟乙基纤维素);电压30 kV柱上紫外检测方式,最佳检测波长191.0 nm;毛细管长度50.0 cm/58.5 cm(有效长度/总长度),内径50μm。
The separation system of proteins is built through capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE) in the study.The separation of three proteins that from different soures is done in the test.The electrophoresis condition are as follows:the 50 mol·L^(-1) phosphate buffer, pH2.5 and 0.05% Hydroxyethyl;voltage 30 kV;UV-VI on-line,the best measure wavelength at 191 nm;50.0 cm/58.5 cm in effectlve length/total length and inter diameter 50 um of capillary.
