摘要
目的 采用HPLC测定黄连上清丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 以YWG -C18为固定相 ,乙腈 - 0 .1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 - 0 .0 2 5mol·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠溶液 (5 0∶2 5∶2 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 6 5nm。结果 盐酸小檗碱线性范围为 0 .0 4 344～ 1.0 86 μg ,r=0 .9999,平均回收率为 98.6 % (RSD =1.2 % ,n =6 ) ,方法精密度RSD =1.5 % (n =5 )。 结论 所用方法简便快速 。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Huanglian Shangqing pills.METHODS A YWG-C 18 column was used; The mobile phase consists of acetonitrile-0.1 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution- 0.025 mol·L -1 sodium dodecyl sulfate solution (50∶25∶25) and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. RESULTS The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.0434-1.086 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The average recovery was 98.6% ( RSD =1.2%, n =6) and the precision of the method is 1.5%.CONCLUSION This method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
