摘要
在碱性条件下,铁氰化钾氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,氯丙嗪对该体系的化学发光有显著的增强作用.基于此,结合流动注射技术建立了测定氯丙嗪的化学发光新方法.该方法有很高的灵敏度,检测限为5 7×10-9g/mL(IUPAC),线性范围为1 0×10-8~1 0×10-6g/mL,对1 0×10-7g/mL氯丙嗪平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2 7%.
A flow injection chemiluminescence (FICL) method for the determination of chlorpromazine based on the enhancement of its on the chemiluminescence from luminolferricyanide system is investigated. The concentration range of linear response is 10×10-8-10×10-6 g/mL. The detection limit is 57×10-9 g/mL with a relative standard deviation of 27% for the determination of 10×10-7 g/mL of chlorpromazine (n=11). The proposed method with simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity has been successfully applied to the determination of chlorpromazine in pharmaceutical preparations.
