摘要
建立了利巴韦林泡腾颗粒含量测定的HPLC方法。以PE-PackC18为色谱柱,水为流动相,检测波长为207nm。平均回收率为99.24%(RSD0.43%),在浓度5.2～416μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998。
A HPLC method for determination of Ribavirin Effervescent Granules was established,using a PE-Pack C18 column with the mobile phase of water,at the detection wavelength of 207 nm.The average recovery was 99.24%,with RSD 0.43%.It had a good linearity in the range of 5.2～41 μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998.
