摘要 胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)在妊娠全过程中发挥重要作用。从妊娠前开始升高,为妊娠作准备;在胚胎发育过程中,参与胎盘的形成和生长、胚泡植入、胚胎各器官系统的发生发展。当IGF-Ⅱ异常表达时,将会影响胚胎的正常发育。
