溶血磷脂酸在妇科恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值
摘要
溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种生长因子.具有多种生物活性,通过C蛋白偶联受体发挥作用,近年多项研究发现,LPA在妇科恶性肿瘤腹水及血浆中明显升高。体外试验也发现,LPA能促进妇科恶性肿瘤细胞增生和浸润。LPA可能是早期诊断妇科恶性肿瘤的有效标志物。
