摘要
本文对283例妇科各种恶性肿瘤的核 DNA 含量及倍性水平用先进的显微分光光度计及全自动图象分析仪进行了研究,共检测了40000^+个各种肿瘤细胞,取得大量数据与信息。从六个方面分析了对妇科恶性肿瘤诊断及预后估计上的价值。计(1)对发现癌前病变,(2)区别良、恶性,(3)倍性分布在不同肿瘤中的特异性形式,(4)判断恶性度及与病理分级和临床期别间的相关性,(5)对预后的估计,(6)与核形大小之间的相互关系等。结果表明核 DNA 含量及倍性水平在恶性肿瘤诊断及预后估计上的价值较组织形态学评估更为敏感和准确。
We studied nuclear DNA content and ploidy level from 283 patients with various
gynecological tumors by microspectrophotometer and automatic computerized image analysis system,and compared the reaults with histopathological features of the
tumors.From more than 40,000 tumor cells examined we obtained a large amount
of imformations.Then we analyzed these imformations in six aspects as follows:
(1)Early recognition of precancerous changes,(2)Differantiation of the bengin
and malignant,(3)The specific ploidy distribution patterns in different tumors,
(4)Correlation with degree of malignancy,pathological grads and clinical stages,
(5)Assessment of prognonsis,(6)Interrelation with nuclear size.The results
showed that on diagnostic and prognostic values in gynecological malignancy the
nuclear DNA.content and ploidy level are much more sensitive and accurate than
histopathological evaluation.
