疏肝健脾方药对肝郁脾虚证荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的:观察肝郁脾虚因素刺激对荷瘤S180小鼠肿瘤生长和腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响,以及疏肝健脾方药对该模型的反证作用。方法:昆明小鼠右前腋下接种S180肉瘤细胞12h后,给予肝郁脾虚因素刺激,治疗组给予疏肝健脾方药0.3ml/只,连续10d。小鼠于造模后第10天全部处死,测定巨噬细胞功能,并称取瘤重。结果:荷瘤小鼠经肝郁脾虚因素刺激后,与肿瘤组比较,其巨噬细胞吞噬能力(P<0.05)、杀瘤能力(P<0.01)和产生NO的能力明显下降(P<0.01),且瘤重明显增大(P<0.01);经疏肝健脾方药治疗后,不仅能明显改善巨噬细胞功能,而且还能减轻瘤重。结论:肝郁脾虚因素刺激能抑制荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能,并能促进肿瘤细胞的生长。应用疏肝健脾方药能明显改善肝郁脾虚证荷瘤小鼠巨噬细胞的功能和减缓肿瘤细胞的生长。 Objective:To investigate the growth of the transplanted tumor, the function of the macrophage and the effect of Shuganjianpifang in tumor-bearing mice stimulated with the factor of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency. Methods:Tumor-bearing mice were stimulated by the factor of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency once a day for 10 days totally. Shuganjianpifang was applied to the model. Macrophage function and weights of transplanted tumor were detected on the tenth day of the experiment. Results:Compared with tumor-bearing mice, the model had a lower capability of phagocytosis, cytotoxicity and producing NO. Furthermore, the model had a higher level of weight of tumor and tumor index. Significant differences were found in two groups. The above were improved remarkably after the application of Shuganjianpifang to the model. Conclusion:The factor of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency could inhibit the macrophage function of tumor-bearing mice and accelerate the growth of tumor cells. The application of Shuganjianpifang could significantly improve macrophage function and allievate the growth of tumor cells in tumor-bearing mice with the TCM syndrome of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency.
