摘要
目的 动态观察血管成形术后不同时间段增生内膜细胞凋亡、增殖的变化过程。方法 将新西兰大白兔 35只随机分成 7组 ,应用 2次损伤法建立兔髂动脉再狭窄模型 ,检测血管成形术后 5 6d内 7个不同时间段 ( 0、3、7、14、2 8、42、5 6d)增生内膜的细胞增殖、凋亡指数及内膜面积、内膜细胞数。结果 血管成形术后内膜细胞凋亡与增殖的变化并不是同步的 ,术后第 7天凋亡指数达到高峰 ,为 ( 2 2 .81± 4.19) % ,增殖指数在术后第 14~ 2 8天最高 ,但峰值较低 ,分别为( 16 .2 1± 1.78) %、( 15 .49± 1.6 1) %。结论 内膜细胞增殖与凋亡的失衡是决定再狭窄的重要因素。
Objective To study the time course of intimal cell apoptosis and proliferation dynamically after angioplasty.Methods Thirty-five New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 7 groups.The double-injury model of restenosis in rabbit iliac artery was established and the specimens were harvested at 7 different time points (0,3,7,14,28,42,56 day) within 56 days in the process of restenosis.Apoptosis index,proliferation index and intimal area and intimal cell number were determined.Results The tendency of apoptosis and proliferation after angioplasty was not synchronous.Apoptosis index reached the peak (22.81±4.19)% at 7th day and proliferation index peaked at 14th to 28th day [(16.21±1.78)%,(15.49±1.61)%,respectively] after angioplasty.Conclusion The imbalance between intimal cell proliferation and apoptosis was a major factor in the development of the restenosis lesion.
