摘要
为解决经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术（ＰＴＣＡ）术后再狭窄问题，我们选用家兔，复制了动脉粥样硬化狭窄模型，并在此基础上行ＰＴＣＡ术，成功地复制了ＰＴＣＡ术后再狭窄模型。
To solve restenosis after percutaneous translumiral coronary angioplasty (PTCA),atherosclerotic stenosis model must be replicatel at first.In our paper,we have successfully replicated model of atherosclerotic stenosis and restenosis after PTCA in rabbit,and proved is trationality and scientificalness.
