摘要
目的:探讨新生儿动脉穿刺取血气标本的最佳部位。方法:随机选择248例次新生儿,分别在头皮动脉、桡动脉、肱动脉、股动脉4个部位穿刺抽取血气标本。结果:4个部位的穿刺成功率高低排序依次为:头皮动脉、桡动脉、肱动脉、股动脉。结论:头皮动脉穿刺血气标本的成功率明显高于其它部位。
Objective: To explore the best part of neonate for artery puncture and to analyze the bloodgas. Method: 248 neonates were selected at random, and the epicranial artery, radial artery, humeral artery and femoral artery were punctured respectively. Result: Among these four parts for puncture, epicranial artery was the best to collect bloodgas sample, next is radiral artery, then humeral artery and femomal artery. Conclusion: Possibility to gain bloodgas sample from epicranial artery is higher than from other parts of neonate.
