摘要
目的:探寻新生儿采集血气分析标本快捷、成功率高的方法。方法:对52例需查血气分析的新生儿,分别经股动脉和桡动脉采血,对比两组血气分析结果、采血时间、采血成功率及副反应的发生情况。结果:两种采血方法血气分析结果无明显差异(P>0.05);但经桡动脉采血时间短、成功率高,发生血肿率低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:使用一次性肝素化头皮针经桡动脉采集血气分析标本检测数据准确、操作简便、成功率高。
Objective：To investigate an effective and high achievement ratio method to collect arterial blood for blood gas analysis of neonates.Methods：The arterial blood for blood gas analysis of 52 neonates was collected respectively from femoral artery and radial artery.The results of blood gas analysis,time for blood collection,achievement ratio and side effects of these two methods were contrasted.Results：There had no obvious differences of the blood gas analysis results of these two methods（P〉0.05）.Compared with blood collection from femoral artery,the time for blood collection from radial artery with scalp heedle was shorter,the achievement ratio was higher and incidence of hematoma was lower（P0〈.01,P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The blood gas analysis results that collecting arterial blood for blood gas analysis from radial artery with heparinized scalp heedle is accurate,the operation is convenient and the achievement ratio is high.
