摘要
针对当前计算机图形及 GIS技术的发展和电力系统输电线路管理需求的特点 ,本文以输电线路地理信息系统平台为例 ,研究了如何利用现有的数字高层模型 (DEM)及相应算法实现海量三维地表模型的构建和如何运用设计模式的构造方法实现输电设备的关联组合等问题 ,并通过建立方位数据中间层的方法将地表数字高层模型、输电设备三维模型及各类属性信息有机的结合在一起 ,从而满足了输电线路 GIS系统的各类维护及查询要求 ,并为该平台日后成为线路设计。
In the light of the dev el opment for 3D GIS technology and the features of the power transmission manageme nt,we present an approach to establish a geography information system in power transmission management based on 3D GIS. In this paper, some methods are describ ed such as how to use the DEM and interrelated algorithm to set up vast earth su rface and the way to assemble the power equipment models with design patterns. T he authors also found a layer of location data to integrate DEM,models of power equipment and other basic data about power transmission systems. This applicati on can also be the platform of the advanced systems such as transmission line de sign and maintain simulation train.
