摘要
以地理信息系统(GIS)技术为核心,基于VB和ArcEngine,开发和构建了基于G IS的武汉市电网管理系统,实现了包括电网信息查询、数据管理、网络分析、空间分析与辅助决策等应用功能。该系统对于保护电网设施,提高电网管理水平,增加电网覆盖度及利用效率具有辅助决策作用。
Based on VB and ArcEngine, the GIS-based Wuhan grid management system was constructed which realized functions such as power system information inquiry, data management, network analysis, spatial analysis, and decision-making aid. The system can be used for＇ power network facilities protection, grid management enhancement, and power system＇s coverage and efficiency improvement.
