摘要
目的:分析高中学生参与性与生殖健康教育干预项目的情况及其评价。方法:对重庆市某县三所高中1296名高中学生进行6个月的性与生殖健康教育,通过问卷调查和深入访谈对干预活动项目进行评价。干预活动的内容包括发放宣传材料、提供咨询、组织讨论和观看录像。结果:65.9%的调查对象自述“认真参加”了干预活动。94.0%的对象阅读了所发的12期宣传材料。82.0%的对象参加了3次班级讨论会。106人(次)参加了咨询。认为此次干预活动总体上“很好”、“一般”和“不好”的对象分别为63.6%、33.5%和2.9%。分别有95.9%和94.3%的对象认为参加干预活动和咨询后“有收获”。对象认为好的教育形式依次是“宣传材料”(74.0%)、“电话咨询”(35.5%)和“看录像”(34.6%)。近半数(48.0%)和半数以上(55.6%)的同学认为录象和宣传材料的内容“很好”。12.3%的对象认为干预活动存在不足。此外,还对深入访谈中学生、老师和家长对干预活动的评价进行了分析。结论:干预活动受大多数学生的肯定和欢迎。学校性教育可采取多种形式,以提高学生的兴趣和教育的效果。
Objective:To evaluate students' participating in and opinion on the sex and reproductive health education program. Method:Six-months' sex and reproductive health education program was conducted among 1 296 students of three high middle schools in a county of Chongqing, and questionnaire-based surveys were conducted before and after the education. Results:Among all the subjects, 65. 9% reported they took part in the program earnestly; 94. 0% read the educational materials, and 82. 0% involved in the three discussions. 106 students/person times sought for the counseling. The subjects who thought the program were good/very good, ordinary and not good were 63. 6% , 33. 5% and 2.9% of total respectively. 95. 9% and 94. 3% of the subjects thought they had learned from participating in the program and the counseling. The forms which subjects thought good include 'reading materials'(74. 0%), 'counseling by telephone' (35. 5%) and 'video film'(34. 6%). About a half subjects thought the contents of the video films and reading materials are 'good/very good' (48. 0% and 55. 6% respectively). There were 12. 3% of the subjects who thought the program had some shortages. Besides, the evaluation was also made through in-depth interview with students, teachers and parents. Conclusion: The education program is of benefit to most of the students; diversified methods should be adopted in schools' education to increase students' participation and the effect of the education.
