摘要
分析了大机组传统的 RB控制策略存在的问题 ,针对 3 0 0 MW燃煤机组 (中间储仓式制粉系统 )提出了“以静制动、双管齐下、内部协调”的新型 RB控制策略。洛河、淮北二电厂对比试验证明了“双管齐下”的策略可起到快速降负荷作用 ,“以静制动、内部协调”的策略可以确保机组在 RB过程中安全、稳定运行 。
The problems existed in the traditional RB controlling strategy of large unit was analysed. A new RB controlling strategy which can be summarized as:'static instead of dynamic, Both operations at a time and internal cooridination' was suggested. The comparison tests between Luohe and Huaibei Power Plants identified that 'Both operations at a time' reduces the load quickly, while 'static instead dynamic' and 'internal coordination' insure a safety and stable operation during RB process.
