摘要
以华能玉环电厂、国电北仑电厂超超临界1 000 MW机组为例,在对其辅机故障减负荷(RB)试验中炉膛负压和一次风母管压力波动大、水煤比严重失调导致蒸汽温度大幅波动等问题分析的基础上,对机组RB的炉膛压力、一次风母管压力、蒸汽温度控制策略进行了优化。实际应用表明,优化后机组RB的控制效果明显提高。
Taking ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW units in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant and Guodian Beijing Power Plant as examples,on the basis of analysing problems occurred in the run back(RB) test,such as large fluctuation of negative pressure in the furnace,and of pressure in the primary air manifold,as well as large fluctuation of steam temperature resulting from serious misadjustment of the water/coal ratio,etc.,an optimization of control strategy for the furnace pressure,the pressure in primary air manifold,and the steam temperature during run back of the units have been carried out.Practical application shows that the effectiveness of RB control for units after optimization has been remarkably enhanced.
