Microwave Vacuum Devices during Transit between Centuries

摘要 回顾了微波真空器件的发展史 ,包括传统微波器件 (行波管、速调管和磁控管 ) ,快波器件和超高功率源。 In this paper,the history of microwave vacuum devices is reviewed,which include traditional devices (travelling wave tube, klystron and magnetron), fast wave devices and ultrahigh power sources. The prospects for them are also discussed.
