摘要
由于封建传统文化的影响 ,女大学生的主体意识极为缺乏 ,表现在 :对传统性别角色定位的认同 ;强烈的性别自卑 ;期望值和竞争意识、成就意识水平较低 ;缺乏性别意识和妇女解放的责任。另外 ,传统的教育思想使得高校在教育模式、专业设置等方面限制了女性个性的发展。培养女大学生的主体意识 ,需要加强性别意识教育 ;有计划地发展女子高等教育 ;
Influenced by traditional feudal culture, the female university students lack in awareness as subject, reflected in their identification with their traditional roles, a strong sense of humility on basis of sex, a weak sense of competition and achievement, and a lack of a sense of liberation of women. Besides, the contemporary mode of education and the general set-up of specialties further hinder the development of their individuality. Therefore, steps and measures must be taken to arouse their awareness as subject.
