摘要
着重介绍了国外柔性连续抽油杆的研究情况和国内柔性连续抽油杆的研制以及在华北、青海、中原和胜利油田的应用情况。将国内柔性连续抽油杆与国外连续抽油杆和刚性抽油杆的性能比较 ,国产柔性连续抽油杆具有抗拉强度高、弹性模量大、结构伸长率小等优点。在油田试用结果表明 :柔性连续抽油杆的泵效提高显著 ,节能降耗效果明显。实践证明 ,柔性连续抽油杆是今后抽油杆的发展必然趋势。
This paper put stress upon introducing the research condition of the continuous sucker rod in overseas, the development of the flexible sucker rod in home, and the application condition in Northchina. Qinghai, Zhongyuan and Shengli oil field. In this paper, the performance of the continuous sucker rod in overseas, the flexible continuous sucker rod in home and stiffness sucker rod are compared. The home-grown flexible continuous sucker rod have many merit like high tensile strength, good elastic modulus, small structure elongation, etc. The results indicated, the flexible continuous sucker rod could enhance the efficiency of sucker pump, and save energy outstandingly after try it in oil field. The practice proved, the flexible continuous sucker rod is the necessarily tendency of the development of sucker rod in hence.
