钢质连续抽油杆在低渗透油田的应用 被引量:2

摘要 在低渗透油藏中,往往需要采用深抽甚至超深抽工艺开采,而目前普通抽油杆不能完全适应工艺的需要。对 钢质连续抽油杆性能进行了分析,重点介绍了钢质连续抽油杆深抽、防偏磨和提高泵效等特性。现场应用证明,在 低渗透油田采用钢质连续抽油杆能加深泵挂,减轻管杆偏磨,不同程度地提高泵效,延长油井检泵周期。 <abstract>ep-pumping and super-deep-pumping technology is widely used in the development of low-permeability oilfield. But common sucker rod is not suitable for technological demand. Properties of the steel coiled sucker rod are analyzed focusing on deep pumping, preventingeccentric wear, improving pump efficiency and so on. The field application proved that it can not only increase the pump setting depth and improve the pump efficiency at different degree, but also reduce the eccentric wear between rod and tube and prolong the inspection period of pump in oil wells.
