摘要 目的 研究湿性老年性黄斑变性(AMD)的B型超声特征。方法 对14例(1 7眼)经荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)明确诊断的湿性(AMD)的患者行A、B型超声检查。 结果 B型超声检查1 7眼都发现黄斑区视网膜的粗糙、增厚、隆起的影像性特征;5倒形成视网膜下不均质间隙。FFA显示不同程度的黄斑区纤维新生血管膜和与其相伴的神经或色素上皮层的脱离。 结论 B型超声检查湿性AMD患者中的共有影像特征:后极部视网膜粗糙、增厚或出现视网膜下间隙,可在屈光间质混浊的患者中作为诊断湿性AMD的辅助性依据,尤其存怀疑具有视网膜后极部病变的白内障患者的术前检查中更有一定的意义。 Objective To study specific image features of wet-form AMD using B scan ultrasonography. Methods Routine A,B-scan were carried out in 14 cases( 17 eyes) diagnosed as wet-form AMD by fluorescence arigiography. Results All 17 eyes showed similar image features: roughness, thickeness of retinal echo and/or separation of subretinal space (5 eyes). Choroidal neovascularization( CNV ) with either neuroretinal or pigment epithelium detachment was detected by routine fluorescent angiography. Conclusion B-scan ultrasonography may be useful supplementary diagnostic method for wet-form AMD with opacity of refractive media, especially in some cases with potential posterior changes before cataract surgery.
