摘要
目的：探讨中西医结合治疗在黄斑部疾病中的疗效应用价值,提高黄斑部病变的临床治疗效果.方法：通过观察中西医结合在中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变、黄斑区脉络膜新生血管、黄班裂孔、黄斑水肿等治疗的应用,与单纯西药治疗黄斑病变的疗效,比较两者的效果.结果：中西药结合在黄斑部疾病治疗有效率高达88.36%,明显高于对照组的单纯西医治疗.结论：由于中西药结合治疗具有较高的疗效及无损伤等特点,为黄斑病变的治疗提供了非常好的价值和效果.
Objective： To investigate the application value of treating macular degeneration in the integrative medicine and improve the clinical effective of macular degeneration. Methods： Observation on results of integrative medicine of central serous chorioretinopathy, macular choroidal neovascularization, macular hole, macular edema and other therapeutic applications, compared with western medicine effective of treating macular diseases, to compare the results. Results： Treating macular degeneration in the integrative medicine high effect -ive rate was 88.36%, significantly higher than the simple western medicine. Conclusions： In the integrative medicine with high effective and no damage other characteristics, for the treatment of macular degeneration provides a very good value and effective.
