摘要
按照发展经济学的观点,公共福利的改善意味着环境质量的改善,但对旅游景区,这一结论缺乏有效性。公共福利的改善,有时会给环境质量带来负效应,因此二者之间就存在一个合意性问题。本文正是对此展开的讨论。
According to the viewpoint of development economics,the improvement o f commonweal means the improvement of environmental quality,but in terms of scen ic spots this conclusion lacks efficiency.The amendment to commonweal may have n egative effects on the environment that makes a problem in acceptability arise.O n the basis of model analysis this paper discusses the acceptability between com monweal and environment quality.
