摘要
烟气脱硫是减少工业燃煤锅炉二氧化硫排放的有效方法,随着脱硫设备运行数量的不断增加和规模的不断扩大,脱硫副产品产量剧增,其处理问题也变得日益突出。目前脱硫副产品大多闲置堆放,形成大量的固体和液体废弃物,既占用宝贵的土地资源又造成二次污染。硫回收烟气脱硫技术能回收烟气中的二氧化硫,回收产品单质硫、硫酸或液态二氧化硫等均可作为工业原料,同时吸收剂可再生循环使用,有望解决现有脱硫方法中副产品处理困难等问题。因此,对采用硫回收的烟气脱硫技术进行研究具有实际意义,文章对现有采用硫回收的烟气脱硫技术及其进展进行比较概述。
FGD is a very available way to decrease the SO2 emission of the industrial boilers which consume the coal. The byproducts, the large quantities of waste, are increasing quickly according to the FGD equipments installed more and more, which will occupy lots of soil and cause the secondary pollution. The FGD technology with the recovery sulfur source can overcome these shorts and produce the byproducts such as S,SO2 and H2SO4, all of them are used as industrial chemical sources. The paper focuses on discussing several FGD technologies with recovery sulfur source.
