摘要
环境污染转嫁是当今世界所面临的重要环境问题之一,危害严重。为寻求包括法律调控在内的对策,文章从环境污染转嫁的概念入手,全面分析了环境污染转嫁的内涵、途径及该行为的生态学和法学本质。
One of the important environment issues, confronting the world today, is the environment pollution transfer, which leads to serious conseguences. In search for the way out, including law control, the paper begins with the conception of environment pollution transfer, analyses its conception, way and the nature in terms of ecology and law. essence of environment pollution transfer are discussed in this article.
