提出了符合我国建筑特点的热计量收费模型 ,解决了热费的合理分摊问题 ;介绍了适合多种收费方式、多种热媒的供暖系统收费软件的开发原则、功能及特点。
With consideration of the building characteristics in China, puts forward accordingly a heat-metering and charging model, solves the problem of proper allocation of the heat charge. Presents the development principles, functions and characters of the heating-metering and charging software fitting for many charging methods and many kinds of heat media.
