摘要
根据国内外共同沟的发展实践经验,共同沟建设的技术问题已不再是地下空间建设的关键技术难题,而阻碍共同沟发展的最主要因素在于它的投融资模式与各单位的费用分摊问题。本文以"广州大学城共同沟"为例,对它的建设与管理模式进行探讨,为解决其运营与管理上所遇到的困难寻找途径,并为其他工程提供借鉴。
According to the practical experience of the development of common trench at home and abroad,the technical problems of common trench construction is no longer the key technology problem in the urban underground construction, however, it＇s investment and financing mode and various cost-sharing issues are the main factors which hinder the development of common trench. In this paper, taking ＂the Common Trench of Guangzhou University Town＂ as an example, its construction and management mode is discussed, in order to seek a way to deal with problems encountered in its operation and management, furthermore, it can provide reference for other projects.
