摘要
食品安全的法律建设 ,既是保证食品安全 ,提高生活质量 ,搞好“放心菜篮子”的需要 ,也是在国际贸易中实施本国环境战略的需要。本文从食品添加剂、食品中残留物、转基因食品、德国食品调查等方面简要且全面地介绍了德国食品安全重要的法律法规 ,以期在我国食品安全的法律建设中能起到一定的借鉴参考作用。
The law and regulation on food safety play a very important role in guaranteeing the national people health and implementing environmental strategy on the world trade. This paper briefly introduces the important law and regulation on food safety in Germany from the sides of food additive, residues in food, genetically modified food, food survey in order to promote construction of our law and regulation on food safety.
