摘要
文章在理论上探讨文化和“文化力”含义的前提下 ,用文化力因素、文化力资源、文化力整合、培育和提升这些新概念 ,论述了万里现象产生的成因 ,万里模式的关键要素和万里可持续发展的重要保证 。
The paper explores the culture and 'cultural force', explains the contributive causes of Wanli phenomenon with such new concepts as the factor of cultural force, the resource of cultural force, the combination, nurturing and elevation of cultural force, which is the crucial element in Wanli model ensuring the sustainable development of Wanli. The paper also points out that the nurturing and elevating Wanli cultural force is the sacred mission historically entrusted to Wanli people.
