摘要
ZnCl2-NH4Cl-H2O溶液体系中进行热镀锌渣的电解精炼是处理热镀锌渣的全新工艺.该文通过电化学方法从18种添加剂中选出4种较合适的添加剂并确定其最佳添加量,重点研究其对热镀锌渣电解精炼指标诸如槽电压、直流电耗、阴极锌品位等的影响.同时考察了复合添加剂的作用,温度对添加剂作用效果的影响.
Electrorefining of hot galvanizing slag in ZnCl2NH4ClH2O electrolyte is a new technique. Four species of additives were selected from 18 species, and the optimal addition amount was determined by electrochemical methods. The influence of additives on some technical parameters such as cell voltage, DC consumption, the impurity content in cathodic zinc, etc., is studied. The effect of complex additives and the influence of temperature on additives are also studied.
