摘要
与传统的酸法炼锌工艺相比,锌的络合物浸取与电解锌工艺因具有突出的优点(工艺流程短、电能消耗低、清洁无污染、生产成本低等)得到了国内外广泛的关注。本文主要介绍了在Zn(Ⅱ)-NH3-NH4Cl-H2O体系、ZnCl2-NH4Cl-H2O体系、Zn(Ⅱ)-(NH4)2SO4-H2O体系、Zn(Ⅱ)-NH3-(NH4)2CO3-H2O体系中电解锌国内外最近研究的成果。
Comparing with the traditional zinc smelting process, leaching and electrowinning process of zinc complex gets widespread attention at home and abroad due to its obvious advantages such as short technological process, low power comnsumption, less contamination and low production costs. This paper, we mainly introducerecent research results of electrowinning zinc in the system of Zn(II)-NH3-NH4C1-H20, ZnClz-NH4C1-H20, Zn(lI)--(NH4)2SO,-H20 and Zn( 11 )-NH3-(NI-L)2CO^H20.
