With three laws as case study,the paper introduces the experience of Hongkong on sustainable development. Hongkong,as ametropolis with highly internationalized character and best investment environment,can act as an example for us to improve our managementof city and building,especially on how to create a fair and favorite competition mechanism and investment environment for investors fromaround the world.[
