摘要
本文对人参锈腐病菌〔Cylindrocarpon destructans(zinss)Scholten〕生物学特性进行了较系统的试验研究。结果表明:人参锈腐病菌在PDA和查彼氏培养基上生长良好,菌落厚,深褐色;该菌对碳源的利用以甘露醇为最好,缺碳生长不好;对氮源的利用以蛋白胨为最好;该菌在相对湿度为79.3~90%生长缓慢,在95%以上生长很好;在PDA培养基上生长速率以第5d增长较快。该菌最适pH值为5.0~7.0,在自然光照射下菌落厚,深褐色,在连续黑暗条件下生长最差;生长最适温度20~25℃,在57℃条件下10min为该菌的致死温度。
The biological characteristics of Cylindrocarpon destructans (Zinss) Scholten were systematicaly studied in this experiment. The results showed that Cylindrocarpon destructans grew well on both PDA and Czapek media, and the colonies were thick with dark brown color. As to the fungus utilization of the carbon sources, nannitol showed the best result, while the fungus grew badly without carbon sources. And among all the nitrogen sources tested, peptone was the best. The fungus grew slowly with the relative humidity of 79.3-90% and the growth rate increased rapidly on the fifth d of PDA. The optimum pH ranged from 5.0 to 7-0. The colonies were thickly formed with brown color under natural sunlight, while they grew worse under continuous dark conditions.
