摘要
针对自动测试系统中的仪器互换问题,通过对仪器驱动和客户端调用仪器驱动函数的特点进行分析,文中给出利用COM组件技术实现仪器互换的方法。
According to the problem of instrument interchange in automatic test system, through the analysis of instrument's drivers and characteristic of calling functions of instrument's drivers, In this article, a way to realize instrument interchange with COM technique is introduced.
