摘要
介绍了ATE系统信号转接通道的自动管理技术。使用基于信号转接通道的控制模型 ,不但可以大大简化测控流程的制定及测控程序的开发 ,而且还可以实现测控程序与ATE系统信号转接通道电气连接关系的无关化 。
Technology of signal transfer channel auto management in ATE system is discussed.Based on signal transfer channel controlling model,using this technology,the test flow design and program development task can be simplified.The testing program can be independent of the system signal transfer channel and can be reused in other systems, and the maintainability can be improved.
