摘要
富士苹果不同品系在宁夏已引种多年 ,很受人们的喜爱。本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ,研究了宁夏引种的富士苹果 ,共 6个品系的过氧化物酶同工酶谱的数量和活性相对含量 ,结果表明 :在不同的品系间 ,不同营养器官间 ,酶带的数量、级别、活性相对含量都存在着较为明显的差异 ,各品系有着独特的过氧化物酶同工酶谱 ,这些都是基因引起的遗传变异 ,非环境所致。该研究对于富士苹果不同品系更进一步地深入研究 ,丰富果树遗传育种科学进展 。
