摘要
目的 评价工作能力指数 (workabilityindex ,WAI)量表的内在结构及其条目合理性。方法 采用“工作能力指数”量表 ,对不同行业 642 9名在职职工进行工作能力测试 ,剔除不合格或项目不全者 ,最终纳入统计分析的对象为 435 4名。同时 ,按系统抽样原则从工作能力测试对象中抽取 10 %进行功能能力 (包括脑力能力、肌肉骨骼功能 )测定 ,剔除测试项目不全者 ,有 5 30名纳为统计分析对象。采用因子分析、相关分析和列联表 χ2 检验等方法进行WAI量表评价。结果 WAI量表 7个条目 (W1~W7)分别由 4个公因子支配 (条目W1、W2 由公因子F1支配 ,条目W3、W4 由公因子F3支配 ,条目W5由公因子F4 支配 ,条目W6 、W7由公因子F2 支配 ) ,累计贡献率为 79 80 % ,条目W1~W7的公因子方差均高于 0 60。除少数测试指标外 ,脑体功能能力主、客观指标间均具有相关关系 (P <0 0 5 ) ,体力功能分级、脑力功能分级与工作能力分级的一致率分别为 60 19%和 61 89% ,分级之间相关关系具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 工作能力是多种因素的综合体现 。
Objective To evaluate the item rationality and construct validity of the work ability index(WAI)scale.Method Totally,6 429 current workers were tested with WAI scale for their work ability,and 4 354 scaled workers were analyzed,excluding those with noneligible response or missing data.Ten percent of the subjects were selected with systematic sampling for determining their function ability,including mental functional ability and musculoskeletal functional ability,and data from 530 subjects were analyzed with factor analysis,correlation analysis and contingency table chi-square test to evaluate the item rationality and construct validity of WAI scale.Result Seven items of WAI scale could be explained by four common factors,respectively,i.e,common factor F 1 versus W 1 and W 2,common factor F 2 versus W 6 and W 7,common factor F 3 versus W 3 and W 4,and common factor F 4 versus W 5,with a cumulative variance of eigenvalue 79.8% and communaliies of variables W 1 to W 7 over 0.60.There were correlation between subjective and objective indice for mental and physical functions(P<0.05),except for a few indices,and consistency of physical and mental function classification and work ability grade was 60.19% and 61.89%,respectively,with a P-value less than 0.01.Conclusion A lot of factors contribute to work ability,and several items in WAI scale should be revised.
