摘要
目的 研究尼龙线栓塞大鼠大脑中动脉的局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型。方法 参照Koizumi及ZeaLonga的线栓法 ,加以改进制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻断 (MCAO)模型。结果 大鼠MCA阻断后 ,出现神经功能障碍 ,翼腭动脉 (PPA)结扎或暂时夹闭对神经功能障碍的影响无差别。
Objective\ To investigate models of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion made by embolizing middle cerebral artery with nylon threads in rats . \ Methods Making MCAO models by improving Koizumi and Zea Longa's mothods . Results\ Rats' neural functions were disordered after MCAO no matter whether their pterygopalatine arteries were nipped temporarily or ligated . \ Conclusion\ Making MCAO models by thread embolism methods in rats proves successful and stable .
